2008/2009 Year end Bead Challenge:

Amid a flurry of bead swapping at the December meeting, we came up with a bead challenge! Gail donated
a string of yellow turquoise nuggets, roughly 1”x3/4” or 2.5x2 cm., with the following rules: participants must
pay $1.00 for a nugget and make something with it to be judged at the May meeting. That’s it. You can make
anything you want, jewelry, ornamental, sculptural, etc., but it must incorporate the yellow turquoise.
